Johanna Fateman is co-owner of Seagull Salon, as well as the official boss and sometime-receptionist. She bought the salon with Shaun because she needed to stop giving herself bang trims and using color from a box! Johanna is also an artist, musician (famous for her role in the New York feminist band Le Tigre). Johanna also is a regular contributer to Artforum and Bookforum Magazines. Her work is in the Riot Grrrl Archives at the Fales Library at NYU. She's always happy to recommend stylists and products or discuss any aspect of your salon experience with you.
